CAPTCHA is a program that can generate and grade tests that humans can pass but current computer programs cannot. For example, humans can read distorted text as the one shown below, but current computer programs can't:

There are sites where you get free captcha but there are websites that you can earn instant cash from typing captcha.
Registration to these sites are absolutely free. Your job is to retype the picture or captcha on provided workspace or work area. Read carefully instructions at the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) or support/help section before starting to do the job.
Below are the sites I found and have tried, except for nos.3 & 4 due to slow internet connection pictures won't appear.
1. Kolotibablo.com is a Russian site, and only pays through Webmoney. The pay can range from $0.35 to $0.80 per a thousand captcha and you can immediately request for payout upon earning a dollar.
2. Pixprofit.com. The pay is $.001 for every captcha, and the minimum amount for payout is $3.00. Payment systems are Paypal, Webmoney, AlertPay and Liberty Reserve. Transfers are processed daily.
